Return and refund policy

Collector Wise sells digital products. The Card Flip Starter Kit is delivered as a downloadable ZIP file and nothing physical is shipped.

Because this is a digital product, all sales are final after download access is provided. We do not accept returns of digital products and we do not provide refunds after download or access except where required by law.

If you have a technical issue accessing your purchase, contact support with the email address used for your order, your order number if available, and a short description of the issue. We will help resolve access or download problems.
